Nationals Candidate for the Senate at the next Federal Election

Joe grew up on a wheat and sheep farm at Collingullie, near Wagga Wagga in NSW.  After travelling to Sydney for his higher schooling in 1996, he departed on a GAP year to Ireland, and then gained a Bachelor of Arts degree at Sydney University.

Moving back to the country, Joe worked as an interstate truck driver before heading overseas again in 2006, returning to Wagga to work with Federal Member for Riverina, Kay Hull.

A rising star in the party, Joe currently serves as Riverina Electorate Council Chairman, an office bearer on the Young Nationals State Executive, a member of the Party’s Central Council and he was recently elected to the Party’s Senate ticket for the 2010 Federal election.
